Neutrogena: A Modern Reset

In January 2025, heritage skincare brand Neutrogena underwent a major campaign refresh. As the social agency, we partnered closely with multiple partner agencies to bring this transformation to life across Neutrogena’s social platforms.

The objective was clear: propel the brand into a modern cultural space while honoring its decades-strong legacy. Known for its iconic splashy, soapy face-washing ads, Neutrogena has always stood for clean, clinical efficacy. We leaned into that heritage by giving the feed a classic Neutrogena “scrub down,” creating a clean slate to introduce the brand’s first large-scale integrated campaign.

This reset set the stage for Neutrogena Hydro Boost x Tate McRae—a fresh, contemporary collaboration that bridged science-backed skincare with pop culture relevance. For the launch, we curated Neutrogena’s social presence by repurposing partner-agency campaign assets into social-first executions, while also capturing new, platform-native content to support the broader integrated rollout—ensuring the feed felt cohesive, modern, and distinctly social.
